WHILST WE AGGREGATE AND MAKE SUCH CHANNELS AVAILABLE ON OUR WEBSITE, WE DO NOT IN ANY WAY CONTROL THE EDITORIAL CONTENT OF ANY CHANNEL NOR DO WE CONTROL THE BROADCAST OR TIMING OF THE BROADCAST OF SUCH CHANNELS.

Our Streaming Services are available on a number of Platforms. Some of the features and functionality may not be available on all Platforms and we make no guarantee that all features will work on all Platforms.
Local Licences, Consents or Permissions
If you are accessing our Streaming Services from the United Kingdom you must have a valid television licence and it is entirely your responsibility ensure that you comply with all relevant United Kingdom regulations concerning the receipt of television broadcasting services.
If you are accessing our Streaming Services from outside of the United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable local legislation and obtain all necessary licenses, consents or other permissions.
We accept no liability for your failure to comply with this section and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any loss of any kind that we may incur as a result of your failure.
Data Costs
You are solely responsible for all and any costs you incur when you access our Streaming Services including but not limited to any connection costs, data costs or excess data download charges that your provider may impose. We make no representation as to the amount of data that will be utilised in accessing the Streaming Services and it is solely your responsibility to ensure you do not exceed any bandwidth caps or data download allowances. Please note that exceeding such limits can be costly.
Provision of Streaming Services
We do not guarantee that the Streaming Services will always be available, uninterrupted, timely or secure from viruses, errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any one or more of the Channels making up our Streaming Services with no liability to you and we reserve the right to withdraw any Channel where a Channel Provider suspends or terminates our right to stream the same.
We further reserve the right block your use of any of our Free Services for whatever reason and we may terminate or suspend your use of the Premium Services in accordance with the Premium Service Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site and contained in the Channel Content, and other material published on our website. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any written page(s) from our site for your personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site however you MUST NOT copy, reproduce, transmit, stream, publish, download, make available and or otherwise exploit and/ or authorise other persons to copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, download, make available and/or otherwise exploit any Channel Content.
