Does anybody know how to fix this ?

Would really appreciate any help or suggestions.

    <body>Hello.

I went from Ubuntu 9.04 remix where Livestation worked flawlessly on a A150 and via an automated update through the update manager I got 9.10 remix installed. Livestation doesn't work anymore. When I attempt to launch the application it will prompt for username and password despite automatic settings. If I go ahead and try again, it'll appear as if its signed in but the channel list does not appear properly, which is to say sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't. When it does, and I try to view a channel the software will simply give me a timed out error.

Like I said, the only changes I've done is upgrading from 9.04 to 9.10. No firewall changes, as far as I know the ubuntu firewall is disabled by default and I even turned it on and off again to make sure, no difference. I'm not using a proxy, permanent dsl broadband connection and the router hasn't undergone any changes since last time. Worth mentioning Livestation works as it should on my Win7 desktop, running through the same network as the A150. From what I gather it is not a networking issue, it has to be the machine itself.
Any ideas? The 9.10 installation is of course fully updated and it otherwise works fine, I can log on to the net, email, and theres no reason why livestation shouldn't work the way I see it.</body>

<body>Hi there! I regularly tune into Livestation for educational purposes. But for the past two or three weeks i have been this strange message whenever i try to log in to livestation.
The message reads like this:
Your system's access has been suspended due to inappropriate chat activity.
If you believe you've received this message in error, please update to the latest version of Livestation and try again. If you still have problems please contact Livestation support.

I really don't know why i have been denied access to this great rescource for a student who is learning French. Most of the time i access only French channels as its part of my learning assignment to watch French television channels and now that i don't have access to such channels anymore. It's making me real sad and frustrated as i have my exams at the end of this year.
Kindly, fix this problem for me or please tell me of any other place where i can see French Tv channels.

Awaiting your reply.</body>
